The Tata Docomo 3G comes with locked network restricted to Tata Docomo only. It's some time annoying to use only one network when the 3G plans keeps on changing and the other network provider goes cheaper.
So what to do in such case buying a new dongle every time for different network providers is not a good solution!
So we here teach you some basic steps to unlock your Tata Docomo ZTE MF631 and use it on any SIM card. The 3G just works fine so basically you will make a universal USB 3G dongle by doing the unlocking thing.
Please note that certain users are scared to know that after unlocking their USB 3G Dongle they won't be able to continue using the Sim card as before. But if you follow the steps properly we assure you that there is no such problem. :)
DC Unlocker is the Software which is user friendly to unlock and it will be hassle free for you to do this steps.
Steps:
1.Plug your 3G stick
2.install drivers and software
3.Exit from your TATA DOCOMO dashboard
4.Download DC-UNLOCKER (pre-patched) from here -Download Link .
5.open dccrap.exe.
6.Click UNLOCK
(automatically highlighted after you see sim status locked)
7.now re-insert the 3G stick with any sim (except docomo)
8.select network manually (only once)

I have unlocked ZTE MF 631 tata docomo 3g dongle via dc unlocker, But after unlock successful when I insert card with BSNL the dialer not open automatically and when i manually open dialer its show please connect data card
I can send sms with BSNL card with tata docomo dongle but how to load dialer when i insert sim and how to surf internet, please tell me
