So,you think Apple is the only one in the market which files law suits on others,but this time they have got into the trap.No doubt apple fanboys might have done all the research about the apple's 15 inch retina MacBook pro.
The thing that they don't know about is that the image used for promoting Macbook was of a Swiss photographer Sabine Liewald and she has has filed a lawsuit against Apple for using her “Eye Closeup” photograph to promote the 15-inch MacBook Pro’s Retina Display.

According to the photographer the image was asked by apple from her agency Downtown for just layout purposes but then it was used for promoting and marketing of Macbook. Apple is in some trouble now and might have to pay the photographer for its infringement as the Korean giant Samsung payed apple $1 B.
The case was filed in the United States District Court for New York Southern District Court. The presiding Judge in this case is noted as being Judge Jesse M. Furman.
