Recently Apple launched iPad mini and Apple's hardware partners are already purportedly preparing for its predecessor, iPad mini with Retina display.
The iPad mini can be called a 'smaller version of iPad 2' and while the Retina-eye displaying iPad 4 is now coming along with the performance-packed A6X processor, users have felt that mini doesn't have it all for its price tag. AU Oprtonics, a Chinese supplier presently manufacturing the 1024x768 panel for the current iPad mini, is set to supply a 2048x1536 resolution 7.9-inch display by the second part of 2013.
Apple has been following the pattern of launching a Retina-Eye display version for all its products and that's why we are expecting apple to release iPad mini with Retina Display probably next year.
