It's been reported that Samsung displays are terminating the contract for Liquid Crystal Display panels with Apple. The news came today from Korea this morning. Samsung was long term partner with Cupertino-based giant Apple and both companies has been recently too much into rift against each other to just terminate their corporate relationship among them which they maintained over a long period of time.
The panel manufacturer company completely wants to cut its year long relation with Apple as it thinks that it could not generate much revenue as it has a stiff supply chain management. Apple has been lowering its Reliance on Samsung-manufactured displays for use in its popular i-branded devices as it is leveraging its influence to source components from Samsung’s rivals attracted by better pricing.
One of the Anonymous Senior Samsung Employee has told that they could not provide huge discounts on panels and already Samsung has cut down the shipment for Apple and they have planned to close all the orders for displays.
Accordingly Samsung Electronics and Amazons are increasing their sales in demand with Tablets to meet the losses incurred on cutting down the deal with Apple. This news also confirmed the release of Apple iPad Mini Tomorrow as the sources said that they were providing displays to diversity on Apple products but they did not provide any display for the new iPad Mini which is 7.85 inch in Screen.
