World-wide jailbreak convention on 29th september !!

If you love your jailbreaks and Apple toys like we do, you should be making tracks to the South San Francisco Convention Centre. This event is for all jailbreak users,  app programmers and all those interested in meeting the developers of our jailbreak tools like greenpois0n and absinthe. This event will heavily feature our researchers and programmers from Chronic Development Team taking workshops and speaking spots this year. This is the worlds only jailbreak convention and this will be the second time now we have seen this event, the first was a great success in the UK2011. The transformation over the last 12 months from what was MyGreatFest to as we all know World Wide Jailbreakcon or now simply JailbreakConUSA is due to the tireless work from @flawlessfox Craig Fox and crew, they should be congratulated on their tireless work. have done a great job.

So who will be at this soirée?

Well all the usual superheroes , @saurik, @p0sixninja, @pod2g, @pimskeks, @nitotv, @DHowett oh and @planetbeing! unfortunately @iOPK (me) won’t make it this year for personal reasons but will be definitely at the next one causing havoc 

So what should you expect at one of these ‘gatherings’ of slightly nutty people?

Well to be honest …. anything. BUT there is a ‘schedule‘ for those that want to actually learn something and no schedule if you just want to hang around feel like a nerd for a while, they say that California girls like the look 

Now to get serious for a moment and thank everyone. People that attend will guarantee that this event continues and grows into a wonderful day where programmers can meet their users and some users meet the people they respect as mentors and would like to be like one day. Not to mention the opportunities to meet and network with people within the scene on the day will be invaluable for developers, as the mixture of designers, programmers and users is an exciting thing and something that very rarely happens.

There will be heaps of giveaways I hear including some specially engineered @greenpois0n iPhone back plates, I don’t know about you?.?.? BUT I’M EXCITED!!!!
