The final version of iOS 6.1.3 is available to all Apple iOS users with bug fixes and improvements in their previous OS. Certainly, those interested in Jailbreaking their iOS devices have bad time with this update. The news came from Apple website claiming that they have finally managed to patch evasi0n which was a jailbreaking tool used in Jailbreaking any iOS 6 devices.
Accidentally if you have updated to iOS 6.1.3 and you have a A5 device such as iPhone 5 or any newer device then certainly it's a bad day for you because you won't be able to Untether it again using evasi0n. However, if you are not in to jailbreaking then it's not a big concern for you probably that's why Apple update their OS for a period of time.
So if you have an iPhone 5 and do not want to lose your Untether jailbreak, try to stay away from updating your OS to 6.1.3
In case if you have pre-A5 device there is still hope of installing a "tether jailbreak" but A5 devices will suffer in any case.
